Key Qualifications:

● Minimum of 12 months experience in a leadership property (not necessarily property)
● Proven experience in leading and nuturing a team
● Strong leadership and decision-making skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong organisational and time management skills
● Proficient in property management software and systems or the willingness to learn

Expected Practices and Roles:

  • Guest Relations Management: Lead a team of virtual assistants who will act as the primiary contact for guests from the initial booking until checkout, ensuring all interactions are seamless and exceed expectations. Aim to maintain and improve our 5-star service standards across all guest communications and operations.
  • Property Management Excellence: Take charge of property onboarding processes, manage operations efficiently, and ensure each property surpasses guest expectations.
  • Building and managing a team of on-the-ground coordinators and virtual assistants
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, guests and third parties
  • Handling and resolving guest complaints and issues
  • Orchestrating regular property inspections and maintenance coordination
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • GOOD TO HAVE - previous experience within the holiday let sector either operating or managing airbnb, booking.com rentals
